The purpose of the project is the renovation of the north wing of building 36, which is already partially used for conferences, but whose distributional characteristics are no longer suited to the client’s new needs.
In addition to the structural adaptation, a complete design of all installations (electrical, mechanical and special systems) was also necessary in order to adapt the available space to the new conference function and to improve the building’s current energy performance. The installations, adapted to current regulations, will aim to improve the building’s current energy performance.
