The project, which involves the construction of social housing blocks, specifically 50 flats, aims to promote human resource development and social inclusion for disadvantaged people. The project will contribute to the improvement of the impact and sustainability, as well as the growth of living standards and consequent development of society in the municipality of Campulung, Arges district.
The building consists of three modules (blocks C1, C2, C3), two of which are connected and one independent, each with direct access to the condominium. The functional structure for each floor will be as follows: Basement: technical spaces; Ground floor: dwellings, consisting of one-, two- and three-room flats; Floors 1, 2, 3, 4 partially: dwellings, consisting of one-, two- and three-room flats.
