BIM and Technical Innovation

Guided by technical innovation, we embrace the three-dimensional conception of an operational plan that transforms an existing fabric into an integrated version with the territory. BIM is a method for optimizing planning, construction, and management of buildings through the use of software. Utilizing this technology marks a clear evolution in the construction field: from paper projects to actual digital representations of buildings and infrastructure. The BIM model allows for the creation of a 3D (now even 4D) model of what was previously drawn on a board, causing delays and increasing the margin of error. The use of this technology promotes the interconnection of implementation phases and implements clash detection to prevent potential conflicts in the design.
