New operational headquarters of SEAB S.p.A

Construction of the new operational headquarters of SEAB S.p.A. – which is responsible for the urban hygiene services of the municipality of Bolzano – in Via Lungo Isarco Sinistro, north of the new Bolzano waste-to-energy plant and close to the A22 motorway.

Project Details

The planned volume has three above-ground levels and a basement level in which the company’s logistics and management activities will be located. The building’s main functions are to house heavy and light refuse collection vehicles as well as the storage of all materials related to refuse collection and street cleaning.
