Our History

The company’s history began in 1973 with Vito Manelli, and since 1997, it has evolved thanks to the innovative input and new skills introduced by the second generation, under the guidance of Sergio Manelli. In 2023 it changed its corporate form from S.r.l. to S.p.A.

With around 1,000 employees, we combine the Italian building tradition with advanced technologies, realising projects of excellence and environmental sustainability.
